Holding Structure
Innofy AS is a holding company that owns and develops subsidiaries. Each portfolio company is organised as a separate limited company, wholly owned by Innofy AS at inception. This structure provides risk isolation between companies and clear governance.
Current structure:
- Innofy AS (holding) → Grantory AS (100% owned)
- Additional subsidiaries will be established as new ventures are structured
Exit Strategy
Innofy operates with multiple possible value realisation mechanisms:
- Subsidiary sale — Full or partial exit through sale to strategic buyer or financial investor
- IPO — For portfolio companies that achieve sufficient scale
- Dividends — Ongoing dividends from profitable subsidiaries to the holding company
Time horizon for value realisation is typically 5–7 years per portfolio company.
